On Friday, Anjay and I attempted to watch Bride Wars but the early show was sold out so we watched Four Christmases. It's a pretty good movie, it reminds me of Mike and I around the holidays. We are "that" couple. There is one part in the movie that I could not stop laughing at. All I have to say is, "Google me bitch!" It's too bad that Mike didn't come to watch this movie with us and that maybe we should have watched it back in December when it came out.A little funny story after the movie: Mike had asked me to buy him popcorn after the movie to bring home to him. So, I asked the guy for a large popcorn and as I was going to pay, Anjay, insisted that he pay. The cashier was even saying, "you should let him pay, the guy should always pay". That irked me so I said to him, "I want to pay for it because the popcorn is for my husband who is at home and this guy is the guy I am cheating on my husband with, so I don't think he should pay for the popcorn". I must have made the guy feel really uncomfortable because he JUST walked away to get the popcorn with a weird look on his face. AWKWARD!!! Anjay and I couldn't stop laughing at this because the guy was like a teenager and didn't know how to react to my comment.

Anyway, my other movie review is for This Christmas. While I was off before Christmas, I was going to rent this movie from Rogers on Demand because Marilen had watched it and really enjoyed it. Chris Brown was pretty good in it, considering he is a music artist and yes, he did have a singing part. It's a feel good Christmas movie. Mike and I watched it on New Years' Eve and missed countdown because we were so wrapper up in it. It's funny and emotional. It kinda reminds me of Soul Food. So next year, plan to watch these movies before the holidays. My other favorite Christmas movies - Elf, Love Actually and The Holiday.
